1 Eligibility and Age Verification

You must meet all of the following criteria to open and maintain an account on cv3666:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 21+
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual, not on behalf of a commercial entity for the purpose of professional gambling arbitrage.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of cv3666 or any associated affiliate, game provider, or payment processor.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, banned, or had an account permanently closed on cv3666 under the same or a different identity.

cv3666 reserves the right to request identity documents, utility bills, bank statements, or other proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to supply satisfactory verification documents within the required timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved. Accounts found to have been opened by persons under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all deposits returned, provided no fraudulent activity has taken place. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited in full.

2 Account Registration and Single Account Policy

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details. You agree to promptly update your account information if any of the above changes.

Each individual may maintain only one registered account on cv3666 at any time. If cv3666 detects that you have opened or are operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a different name, or through a shared device or network — the Platform reserves the right to:

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

11 Account Closure and Termination

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting support at support@cv3666.bet. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days.

cv3666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or misleading identity information;
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or collusion;
• Behaviour that cv3666 determines is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards Platform staff;
• Court order, regulatory requirement, or direction from a relevant authority.

Where an account is closed due to fraud or material breach of these Terms, cv3666 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation and to report the matter to the appropriate authorities.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from your use of cv3666, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance at support@cv3666.bet. The support team will endeavour to resolve any complaint within ten (10) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or dispute resolution body as determined by applicable law. cv3666 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available in all jurisdictions, and access to the Platform from jurisdictions where gambling is illegal is at the player's own risk.

13 Miscellaneous Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and cv3666 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
